Conduit System E

Steel Pipe Conduit

Steel Pipe Conduit E

Electrical metallic tubing (EMT), sometimes called thin-wall, is commonly used instead of galvanized rigid conduit (GRC), as it is less costly and lighter than GRC. Electrical Metallic Tubing itself may not be threaded, but can be used with threaded fittings that clamp to it. Lengths of conduit are connected to each other and to equipment with clamp-type fittings. Like Galvanized Rigid Conduit, Electrical metallic tubing is more common in commercial and industrial buildings.

Set Screw Coupling

Set Screw Coupling

Couplings is used to join two conduit steel pipe together, which create longer distance of the pipe. This coupling uses a 5 mm JP Bolt to tighten the type E conduit system, confirming that it won’t detached during installation.

Normal Bend / Elbow

Normal Bend / Elbow

A 90-degree elbow joints. Internal Thread with Normal Bends that have two terminals which are perpendicular to each other. Available in different imperial sizes (20mm, 25, 32mm etc.) & equivalent metric sizes (3/4”, 1” etc.) these Internal Thread Normal Bends are subjected to customization.

Circular Surface Box 1 Way

Circular Surface Box 1 Way

Circular Boxes are manufactured using high grades of raw material which ensures its corrosion resistance and high load bearing capacity. These are widely used in flooring to attach cable and to split your conduit system into one or two additional way. circular Surface Box uses a 5mm JP Bolt to tighten the interlock.

Circular Surface Box 2 Way

Universal Fitting LB

Bushing

A conduit fitting for attachment to at least one conduit. The fitting comprising a generally rectangular, generally elongated unitary body having a backwall, opposed endwalls, and two front cornerwalls. The body defining elongated openings on three sides and an interior compartment. The endwalls each having an outwardly extending hollow shank, each shank defining an interior space which freely communicates with the interior compartment and each shank including attachment means for attaching to an end of a conduit.

Set Screw Connector

Set Screw Connector

These uninsulated set-screw connectors are used in dry locations to bond EMT thinwall conduits to electrical junction boxes or enclosures. Petra Conduit's uninsulated set-screw connectors provide concrete-tight connections when taped and properly secured with the included locknut. GPetra Conduit's set-screw electrical connectors are rated for electrical applications above 600 volts.

Bushing

Bushing

A conduit bushing for attachment to the end of a conduit for electrical wiring is made up of a round collar-like member of electrical insulating material divided diametrically into two halves hinged together with an integral hinge having a lock for locking the halves together. The bushing has an inwardly directed flange at one end which protects the insulation of the wiring. The bushing can be installed around the wire after the wire has been installed.

Insulated Bushing

Insulated Bushing

These insulating bushings are used to protect low voltage cables from damage caused by sharp edges on the end of EMT conduits. They may be used with many low voltage cables including coaxial, computer, telephone, category 5E, category 6, audio, video, fire alarm system, security system, and thermostat cables.

Lock Nut

Lock Nut

Conduit Locknuts are used to secure rigid/ IMC conduit to a steel outlet box or other metal enclosure, functionally replace rigid threaded enclosure connectors, provide economies in installation and fitting costs.

Box Connector

Box Connector

Box connectors join conduit to a junction box or other electrical box. A typical box connector is inserted into a knockout in a junction box, with the threaded end then being secured with a ring (called a lock nut) from within the box, as a bolt would be secured by a nut.

Saddle Clamp

Saddle Clamp

Saddle clamps are useful hardware that allow builders and remodelers to set tubes, pipes and other fixtures into place, and to attach tubular fittings and fencing panels together. One Conduit pipe usually uses 2-3 saddle clamps for a steady yet efficient grip.
